H.I.B. Family Fun, Inc. announces that plans have been developed to build a new family water park in Dayton. At 12:30 p.m., on Monday, October 18, 2004, a press conference was held at Dayton's Legend Bank to announce the New Water Park.

Taking part in the press conference were State Representative Dan Ellis, Anna Burch, Janice Henderson, Dayton D.C.D.C. Director Sue Priddy, Deborah Iley, Frank Henderson, and Attorney/Consultant Charles N. "Boots" Gildberg. Also present were Channel 2 News and HCN Dayton News. 

Henderson, Iley, and Burch are the names which make up H.I.B. Ground breaking is set to take place in late spring of 2005 with the park opening for the summer of 2006.
